This has to be one of my all time favorite baking hacks ever, it gives you the perfect bakery style muffins! The best part is that you can use this on pretty much any muffin recipe!

How To Get Domes On Your Muffins:
Heat your oven to 425 Fahrenheit for the first 5 minutes of baking your muffins.
This will cause the muffins to cook quickly on the outside and rise rapidly on the inside, giving you the bakery style dome to the top of your muffin.
You can use this for ANY muffin making recipe just make sure you adjust the total cook time to include the first 5 minutes at the higher heat, and then lower the oven to the temperature the recipe calls for.
Use this baking tip to make muffins that will for sure impress your family and friends that will look straight out of a bakery!
